Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally to enable leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions. Leverage SQL to source data and using tools such as Tableau and Excel to analyze market, merchants, advertisers and performance on a regular basis. Partner effectively with leadership across Commerce business across Meta. Lead and conduct insightful analysis using internal and external data to derive insights that will drive strategic business decisions. Build prototypes of analytical tools to help scale the procurement of insights and partner with internal tools team to build scalable reports and dashboards in support of business needs. Drive operational excellence that supports cross functional partners, and ensure the smooth running of weekly, monthly and quarterly business rhythms. Focus on process and continuous improvement of core projects through automation and process enhancement high-impact projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree(or foreign degree equivalent) in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or computer-related occupation Requires 5 years of experience in: Relational databases and SQL Tableau End to end execution of projects and program management Business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation Managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment Using Excel spreadsheets for running data analysis and building quantitative models for business decision making and Pivot table-based reporting, using charts for visualization and use of lookup and math functions
Compensation: $200,770/year to $209,770/year + bonus + equity + benefits
