The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead new features and technologies within the Better Together Connectivity domain with a focus on XR experiences along with proposing long term technical strategy.
  • Design, implement and maintain Android Connectivity stack.
  • Collaborate with both internal, external and partner teams to refine and define the Bluetooth stack and scaling it to the industry.
  • Work on the leading edge Bluetooth technologies, deeper integration into android system with a focus on XR platforms and help scale that across all of Android.
  • Lead and influence the design of the android platform stack and influence it’s design across first-party and third-party products.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with software development in Java and C++.
  • 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with large-scale application design and architecture.
  • 3 years of experience with Android application development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience developing accessible technologies.
