You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs through the product lifecycle, ensuring supply chain and design partner team deliverables are met in order to support critical program milestones.
  • Support onboarding and qualification of N+1 suppliers through leading design reviews, specification C/D/Es, product SOWs, and engineer of record alignment.
  • Ensure product designs are complete, accurate, and provided on schedule to enable a smooth transition to the execution team for on-time manufacturing and delivery.
  • Act as first level escalation point where partner team deliverables are not being met. Proactively communicate program risks to leadership while providing mitigation recommendations.
  • Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (i.e., material availability, cost/assembly/test/BOM/capacity readiness and transition plans).

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience leading hardware products through the end-to-end product life cycle (PLC).
  • Experience in design and manufacturing in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
  • Experience in technical documentation validation and design change management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • 4 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution.
  • Experience in data center operations, supply chain, or equipment.
  • Knowledge about typical hardware BOMs, process documentation and assembly and test processes.
  • Excellent communication, developed leadership, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity and strategic skills.
