Our team covers the App Ads, Google Display Ads and Display technical Infrastructure teams. Our team is responsible for driving predictable programs for Display/Apps, ensuring low-friction execution, efficiently managing resources and investments, and helping teams plan for the future.

We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define and drive the annual resource planning process including Google Compute Units (GCU), Tensor Processing Units (TPU), and storage logs for the organization.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders including Engineering, Product Area Resource Management, Capital Engineering, Finance, and System Infrastructure Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) in technical discussions regarding resource planning for Google Compute Units (GCU) and Tensor Processing Units (TPU).
- Manage communications and escalations related to Google Compute Unit (GCU) and Machine Learning (ML) resource allocation, performance, and shifts for product teams and other partners.
- Drive strategies and execution for infrastructure programs across Display Infrastructure teams and partners.
- Drive executive reviews for monthly cost analysis of resources on the Ads Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in capacity planning.
- Experience with machine learning.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with Display Ads.
- Experience with accelerators and auxiliary infrastructure.
