Technical Solutions Consultant, Apps and Gaming, gTech Sellside
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.
You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate technical and product knowledge of the mobile ad business generation ecosystem to architect solutions and implementations for our partners.
- Lead technical engagements with mobile app developers, aligning Google’s product suite with their specific business goals to drive long-term business growth and engagement.
- Resolve technical escalations from business and clients, while proactively developing tools, documentation, and workflows to scale support across the EMEA region.
- Identify and implement best practices to streamline sales strategies, accelerating product adoption and establishing a blueprint for partner success.
- Act as a critical feedback loop between the market and the product to influence strategy, design, and prioritization in collaboration with Go-to-Market, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
- Experience in writing and reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with SQL.
- Experience as a developer in the mobile app space (iOS or Android) or an understanding of the mobile ad business generation industry.
- Experience working alongside technical teams (Product, Engineering, or Business) to solve ambiguous problems.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable advice for non-technical stakeholders or external partners.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of debugging customer-facing issues, whether it's at the code level or within a broader system implementation.
