Job Description: 

  • Manages the overall logistics of one or more categories and owns performance metrics to meet the operational needs of logistics function.

  • Monitors key metrics and implements best practices to ensure that all operational activities adhere to laws, guidelines, and Intel's standard requirements.

  • Reports progress against agreed schedule, scope, cost, and quality constraints to senior leaders on a regular basis.

  • Manages suppliers for the storage or movement of goods.

  • Monitors and benchmarks supplier services against the service level agreement.

  • Guides the suppliers to evolve their service levels in line with Intel requirements.

  • Gathers data on existing processes from partners, stakeholders, customers and analyzes it to discover areas of defects, inefficiencies, or escalations.

  • Tracks and resolves warehouse, as well as logistics exceptions.

  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to assure the most efficient delivery of products to customers.

  • Utilizes analytical and advanced technology skills to develop logistics solutions that drive Intel's business execution optimally.

  • Builds solid relationships with cross functional teams and logistics service providers, ensuring smooth process flow and collaboration.

  • Manages critical escalations arising in the logistics network such that there is minimal impact on customer service.

Qualifications:

You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Economy and/or Supply Chain and/or Business Administration and/or Business Management with more than 10 years of logistics experience. An M.B.A. is preferred. Additional qualifications include: 1. Be familiar with Warehouse operations management practices thru 3PL service provider, towards strategic supplier relationship development. 2. Have advanced knowledge and good hands-on experience of the relationship between Warehouse and other logistics functions like Transportation, Customs Brokerage, Trade compliance, towards optimized logistics solutions to add values to business. 3. Have ability to present effective communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese 4. Have a strong Problem Solving skills with details orientation and results driven. 5. Candidate should present strong leadership skills with One Team for One Goal mindset modeled.
