EU 3P Expansion is looking for a talented and highly motivated BI Engineer to join our team and be part of our mission to improve the Customer and Selling Partner experience across expansion marketplaces. Key job responsibilities
  • Partner with program managers & Account managers and dive deep on data to address business problems and drive business goals
  • Design and implement automated reporting solutions to enable Program Managers/AMs to drive the adoption of various programs /initiatives
  • Develop and monitor the business metrics, while partnering with internal and external teams to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with other BI engineers/teams to adopt best practices.
  • Fostering culture of continuous improvement through automation and self serve dashboards
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives using automated dashboard solutions
  • Leverage AI and emerging innovation in data infrastructure to automate repetitive workflows, accelerate analyses, and unlock new patterns from complex datasets
  • Mentoring and contributing to team's improvement

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
  • Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
  • Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
  • Experience in analytics, data engineering or business intelligence from a large scale business enterprise

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
  • Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
  • Master's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
  • Experience working as a BIE in a technology company
  • Experience with Python or R
