BI Engineer, EU 3P Expansion

Key job responsibilities
- Partner with program managers & Account managers and dive deep on data to address business problems and drive business goals
- Design and implement automated reporting solutions to enable Program Managers/AMs to drive the adoption of various programs /initiatives
- Develop and monitor the business metrics, while partnering with internal and external teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with other BI engineers/teams to adopt best practices.
- Fostering culture of continuous improvement through automation and self serve dashboards
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives using automated dashboard solutions
- Leverage AI and emerging innovation in data infrastructure to automate repetitive workflows, accelerate analyses, and unlock new patterns from complex datasets
- Mentoring and contributing to team's improvement
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
- Experience in analytics, data engineering or business intelligence from a large scale business enterprise
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
- Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
- Master's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- Experience working as a BIE in a technology company
- Experience with Python or R
