Job Description: 

As a Power Integrity Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering power integrity solutions for high-speed platforms, boards, packages, and silicon. In this role, you will develop and analyze power delivery networks, perform simulations, and guide the physical implementation of platform power solutions. Your work will directly ensure that critical performance metrics meet the requirements for Intel's innovative technologies, empowering the next generation of computing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver power integrity solutions for complex high-speed platforms, boards, packages, and silicon.
• Develop and analyze power delivery networks using 2D/3D model extraction and noise analysis.
• Define power grid specifications and balance power integrity with performance targets.
• Design test structures, analyze electrical metrics, and verify power delivery networks against pre-silicon estimations.
• Apply knowledge of power integrity design and tradeoffs to perform simulations and guide package and platform physical implementation.
• Develop and deliver platform-level power shapes and decoupling solutions for end customers.
• Derive platform-level specifications from silicon requirements to achieve feature set convergence and VR performance characterization.

Qualifications:

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related field with minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in power integrity design and analysis.
• Proficiency in EDA tools such as Cadence Sigrity tools and Synopsys HSPICE.
• Good communication skill and good team player.
• Familiarity with platform-level power delivery and VR performance characterization.
