The US Carrier Sales team is seeking an experienced sales professional with a passion for technology and innovation to lead efforts in the rapidly growing product categories within a major US Carrier account. We collaborate with partners to seek opportunities, develop account plans, and implement programs to grow the business, resulting in phenomenal customer experiences and expanded adoption of the Apple ecosystem.

As a Carrier iPhone Sales Lead, you will be selling Apple’s full lineup of iPhones from pitch to close, including: defining the individual account strategy; driving consumer offers and deals through negotiation and analytics; and navigating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful launch of a new offers and programs.

Description

Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans with the US Carrier team to accelerate iPhone sales. You will partner closely with Worldwide Sales, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to shape a holistic, winning strategy for the carrier partnership.

Lead Deal-Making & Negotiations: Design high-impact promotional strategies, consumer offers, and incentive programs. You will oversee the drafting of term sheets, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure supply availability aligns with demand.

Build Powerful Alliances: Cultivate deep, trusting relationships across all levels of the carrier's organization and within Apple. You will facilitate critical interactions and support negotiations across the broader Apple product portfolio to drive mutual success.

Master Market Dynamics: Stay ahead of market trends, account history, and partner economics. You will use these insights to identify emerging opportunities, capitalize on them, and see them through to closure.

Deliver Operational Excellence: Prepare compelling presentations and robust analyses to champion sales initiatives. You will track progress, manage sales and inventory reporting, and ensure any client issues are swiftly addressed and resolved.

Exceed Goals: Consistently achieve or surpass assigned sales quotas and critical metrics while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically 8 years of experience in performance-proven sales management, account management, business development or finance.
  • Understanding of the wireless and telecommunications industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess opportunities from multiple perspectives - both quantitative and qualitative - to drive tangible sales results.
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate complex organizational structures, and lead high-stakes negotiations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
