The Junior Video Producer supports the creation of high-quality video content across internal and external communication channels. This role focuses on hands-on video production, editing, and post-production, while collaborating closely with content, social, and communications partners to bring stories to life through video.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end production of video content, from concept to final delivery

  • Film, edit, and package short- and mid-form video content for digital, social, and internal platforms

  • Support pre-production activities including scripting, shot lists, and basic storyboards

  • Edit videos using established brand guidelines, templates, and formats

  • Collaborate with content creators, animators, and communications leads to ensure consistency of messaging

  • Manage video assets, file organization, and versioning

  • Stay current on video trends, formats, and best practices for digital storytelling

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in video production or a related field (internships or freelance work included)

  • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects basics)

  • Basic understanding of lighting, sound, framing, and camera operation

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback

Preferred Skills

  • Experience creating content for social media platforms

  • Basic motion graphics or animation knowledge

  • Familiarity with brand or corporate video environments

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$89,200 - $119,100

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
