Network Losses Program Manager
Here at Amazon we're seeking for a results driven Program Manager to support in the delivery of our Network Loss (NL) initiatives across a specific areas within our fulfillment network. This role will be diving into detail, identifying isseues and working with multiple teams on building solutions.
As Network losses Program Manager, you’ll be working in collaboration with both Operations and Central NL teams in identifying gaps while keeping strong control on losses triggered by operations utilizing tech, tools and metrics developed by rest of world central programs.
In this role you will be deep diving issues at stations, on the road, under the roof and anywhere between. You will be looking into the raw data, identifying root causes and working with multiple stakeholders.
This position can be based from either Sydney or Melbourne.

Key job responsibilities
- Perform weekly root cause analysis of loss areas, diving into key data to understand what has occurred
- Working across many teams to gain approvals and buy ins to solutions.
- Work closely with the central NL program team and regional NL program leaders to implement tech enablement, standardization of metrics, processes, and review mechanisms.
- Analyze deviations from ideal processes and develop strategies to minimize losses triggered by operational misses.
- Drive coordination with operational leaders and partners, utilizing tools and metrics developed by the central program.
- Break down loss buckets by assignable causes and develop input metrics to track and improve performance.
- Support the Regional NL program leader in the AU Operations WBR/MBR cadences and and collaborate on improvement initiatives with wider stakeholders outside operations
- Regularly report on progress, challenges, and opportunities in network loss reduction to program leaders and senior management.
- Adapt and implement best practices from other markets to the local context.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience defining and executing program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field
- Experience driving improvement programs in the operations, engineering and support fields
- 3+ years of stakeholder management experience
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Experience with Kaizen and Continuous Improvement Process
- Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting or problem solving
