Regional Product Lead, Media Effectiveness (English, Mandarin, Japanese)

Responsibilities
- Partner with Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Teams and Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) customers to deliver on key metrics to reach goals for APAC, co-pitch priority Media Effectiveness to SMBs customers along with sellers.
- Lead Media Effectiveness Enablement efforts for APAC by developing levers and resources such as managing common objections from customers, deploying mitigation strategy, and minimizing measurement knowledge gaps.
- Design and lead a GTM that includes internal and external enablement to accelerate Media Effectiveness capability of Teams and SMB customers in the region.
- Work cross-functionally in region and globally to lead and deliver on Media Effectiveness business priorities for APAC programs.
- Shape the Media Effectiveness Product road map by advocating and sharing customer and product feedback with Global Product Leads to reflect GCS customers's needs.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to communicate in English and either Mandarin or Japanese fluently to communicate with Mandarin or Japanese speaking customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with Google Ads Media Effectiveness solutions.
- Ability to set a goal and direction and translate these into quarterly and annual goals.
- Ability to develop and lead operational and GTM initiatives, along with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work, collaborate and influence cross-functionally.
- Ability to travel within the APAC regions in case of business priority.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the management and product teams.
