Responsibilities

  • Lead team to deliver metrics such as output, input, health metrics.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Regional Product Specialists and help them perform and grow professionally within a regional team.
  • Lead development, deployment, and activation of APAC cross-product strategy for key solutions, rooted in Google Customer Solutions (GCS) customers' marketing objectives. Synthesize product feedback, and influence and advocate product prioritization and development for APAC customers.
  • Partner with GCS Sales Leads across APAC to influence strategy and manage the performance of product metrics. Work with cross-functional and cross-regional internal partners to develop opportunities to increase product adoption for key solutions.
  • Influence Product Market Fit for Global Product Leads, Business Strategy and Operations Leadership, to advocate the APAC customer needs and address product feedback from across the region and gain resources on the markets’ behalf.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • 2 years of experience managing individuals and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading operational initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
  • Experience in people management along with the ability to coach and develop team and manage performance.
  • Experience using and deploying advertising solutions with the ability to coach team members on how to develop and deliver product go-to-market strategy.
  • Experience interacting with and influencing executives along with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lead operational and initiatives with multiple stakeholders along with excellent problem-solving skills.
