Product and Sales Activation (PSA) is a highly collaborative group of individuals who deliver scalable, customer-focused priorities, by Shaping, Simplifying and Scaling the product solutions for all the App advertisers. Within PSA, the Global Apps Strategy and Activation team (PSApps) focuses specifically on the growth of the Mobile App ads business. The PSApps team leads strategic, cross-functional, and data-led initiatives that bring together the best of Google solutions to help customers generate demand and grow their business.

Responsibilities

  • Define GCS APAC's App product and go-to-market (GTM) strategies including identifying market and customer opportunities and managing programs to execute against these strategies.
  • Achieve product goals in close collaboration with sales leaders, global product leads and cross-functional partners to extend the reach and impact of the App product solutions.
  • Directly manage a team of regional product leads (specialists) to work closely with sales and global product leads on new products/features, including their commercialization and launch strategies.
  • Use customer data, seller feedback and market trends to develop and deploy scalable regional solutions to optimally engage with the customer and sales stakeholders.
  • Inform the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) organization and Product teams with industry leading thought leadership using deep research, customer data, seller feedback and market trends shaping the internal narrative of the GCS Apps business.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, sales strategy, management consulting, or in Go-To-Market.
  • 2 years of experience managing individuals, or leading cross-functional initiatives and driving performance through high-level project leadership and mentorship.
  • Experience working with digital advertising product activation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience designing and implementing product and sales go-to-market (GTM) strategies
  • Ability to distill complex analysis to impactful and actionable guidance.
  • Knowledge of Apps Marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, investigative, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
