As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the networking material delivery road map and strategy to align with evolving business needs and goals.
  • Lead daily material delivery operations, ensuring adherence to service-level-objectives and escalation management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in fulfillment workflows and tooling to minimize cycle times and eliminate manual toil.
  • Partner with data center networking, logistics, and procurement to synchronize global material availability and delivery.
  • Mentor a team while tracking key performance indicators to communicate performance and alignment to stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain or operations.
  • 5 years of experience in leadership role, with/without direct reports.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technical field.
  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain.
  • Experience using problem-solving, negotiation, and program management skills to drive client service engagement and deliver results within evolving engineering operations.
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical partner teams, maintaining an excellent customer service focus and attention to detail.
  • Experience navigating ambiguous environments, applying organizational problem-solving to non-linear workflows and shifting operational priorities.
