This role focuses on disciplined control of site works, construction processes, quality, and readiness for commissioning and handover. The role requires an experienced IC4-level operator who can work independently, manage complex site dependencies, and provide strong construction leadership across critical infrastructure delivery.

  • Drive construction workflows, including RFIs, submittals, ITPs, inspections, NCRs, punch lists, progressive turnover, and closeout.
  • Coordinate sequencing and interfaces across trades to protect milestones and remove constraints quickly.
  • Own site readiness and logistics, including access control, permits, RAMS, workface planning, cleanliness, and controlled environments where required.

  • Maintain a strong reporting cadence, including daily/weekly progress, look-aheads, constraints, and escalation items.

What we’re looking for — must-have

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contractors in high-pressure, high-dependency environments.
  • Strong QA/QC discipline and documentation capability, including ITPs, inspections, NCRs, and closeout.
  • Competency with project/document platforms such as Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SharePoint, or similar, plus solid MS Office skills.
  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
  • Ability to travel as required to support Sydney / Australia project delivery.

Nice to have

  • High-density / AI-ready exposure, including tight power/cooling constraints, accelerated fit-outs, and compressed commissioning windows.
  • Trade background or engineering/construction qualification.
  • Safety leadership credentials.
  • Prior experience supporting construction delivery across Australian data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
