Integration Lead
Description
The Integrations Team at Meta’s Reality Labs is seeking an experienced Integration Analyst to drive and manage partner integrations that enable Reality Labs to scale and deliver hardware products to market. This role is critical for ensuring seamless collaboration with retail customers, freight carriers, 3PLs, suppliers, and manufacturers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities and, critically, will be able to develop integration strategies/ architecture, leading conversations with external and internal partners, delivering integrations and driving initiatives forward with agility and decisiveness.
Responsibilities
Manage integrations with retail customers, freight carriers, 3PLs, suppliers, and manufacturers. Communicate risks and status succinctly to management, highlighting key issues and presenting resolution options Own and drive the integration strategy for Reality Labs, aligning with business objectives and future growth plans Design and architect both long-term and short-term integration solutions in response to evolving business requirements and process changes Lead negotiations and facilitate discussions with internal and external partners, leveraging expertise in end-to-end integration design within the supply chain domain Represent the integration function in executive-level meetings, providing thought leadership and influencing decision-making Lead large-scale, multi-partner integration programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with high quality Champion the adoption of cutting-edge integration technologies, frameworks, and best practices across the organization Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance Mentor analysts and architects, fostering collaboration, and continuous improvement Drive change management initiatives related to integration processes, systems, and partner relationships Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for integration success, reporting progress to leadership Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure integrations and standardization of data formats are maintained Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, reduce business cycle times, and optimize data exchange between applications Troubleshoot system applications and integrations, escalate issues to support personnel or third-party vendors as needed Assist in acceptance testing, create specifications, and maintain project/system documentation per standards Lead analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and recommend controls and improved procedures Partner with engineering on system stability, upgrades, and support tasks. Act as a point of contact for production applications to ensure business needs are met Support procedures and practices to ensure systems can be restored in business recovery situations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience with API, EDI X12, EDIFACT, JSON, XML-based integrations 3+ years of experience with SQL or other query languages 1+ year of experience building applications Problem-solving and analytical experience Knowledge of product features/specifications, manufacturing processes, and supply chain Experience managing multiple tasks and interacting across internal/external groups and departments Experience navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing work threads Knowledge of Supply Chain Management (prefer Oracle Fusion SCM background) Experience in functional design documents, creating/maintaining EDI maps/specifications, troubleshooting EDI failures, working with external EDI partners, and testing interconnected systems Process-minded with attention to detail for process evaluation and redesign
Compensation: $152,000/year to $214,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
