Senior Director, Global Go-to-Market Operations, Google Cloud
The Global Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
As Senior Director, you will lead the Global Google Cloud Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team. As a key advisor to the Vice President of Solutions, Industries and GTM Strategy Google Cloud, you will provide thought leadership to our global teams, drive best practices, create the operational plans to support our long-range and annual operating plans, and undertake projects and programs across Google Cloud to improve operational capabilities. You will help Google Cloud define operational initiatives that contribute to the company's growth. You will leverage your deep and direct enterprise sales experience to drive insight and meaningfully enable our Go-To-Market teams. You will be experienced at working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving global executive environment and be prepared to manage a high-performing operational/insights team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $315,000-$439,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Identify, structure, and manage key business programs across cloud customers including strategic planning, business scaling, resource allocation/trade-offs, growth programs, and performance improvement programs and reorganization.
- Provide thought leadership to the Vice President of Solutions, Industries and GTM Strategy Google Cloud and functional leaders. Gain the required support to execute strategic programs.
- Drive impact by leveraging your deep enterprise sales and operational experience to sit at the intersection of field sales, global strategy, and regional execution and empowerment. Support and drive the operational cadence of the business including forecasting, account planning, pricing engagements, etc.
- Leverage central intelligence infrastructure, supporting business performance management, analytics, and intelligence for critical and detailed business insights.
- Help support programmatic business cadences and communications within Solutions, Industries and GTM Strategy, and cross-functionally.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience with procurement, legal, IT, and business teams in enterprises.
15 years of experience in enterprise cloud sales leadership roles or enterprise software/cloud/systems integrator operational roles.
Preferred qualifications:
- 15 years of experience selling/supporting complex IT solutions to companies.
- 15 years of experience managing and developing a team.
- Experience of leading global programs and consulting projects at a global technology provider, especially a hyperscaler cloud company, in the enterprise sales space.
- Understanding of data and networking technologies, the global cloud computing market and key drivers for growth in target industry segments.
- Ability to be flexible in a fast paced environment with limited direction, balance priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once.
