Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of leading a divisional sales operations function or equivalent responsibilities supporting a mid-to-large-scale multi-geographical hi-tech sales organization experience
- Hands-on experience in territory planning, compensation, forecasting, finance, strategy, and business development.
- Proven ability to invent, refine, and implement sales processes and policies.
- Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills; extensive Excel and Microsoft Office expertise required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- MBA, or Advanced degree
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Excellent presentation skills for senior management; highly organized multitasker.
- AI certification or familiarity with using solutions that build agentic workflows

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
