A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

In this role you will own and drive projects related to network infrastructure in LATAM, and provide overall support to the Network Planning, Acquisition, and Deployment teams on scoping and managing orders, and deployments of required assets. You will work with Google’s third-party telecom and colocation vendors, managing deliverables while driving solutions. You will place dark fiber, wavelength and colocation space and power orders under existing master agreements, prepare drawings, maps, scopes-of-work and other materials as needed to describe projects to stakeholders. You will also work with internal teams to ensure projects are scoped and transitioned for overall network deployment. You will manage dark fiber construction projects for new backbone, front-haul, backhaul, and lateral routes and evaluate alternatives and develop solutions for project-specific feasibility studies. Additionally you will maintain a schedule of active projects, tracking due dates, reporting on issues and develop, grow relationships with vendors and partners.
