What We're Looking For
We seek an accomplished sales professional with:
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets while maintaining customer focus
- Healthcare and/or Public Sector industry experience
- Ability to engage both C-suite executives and technical stakeholders (developers, IT architects)
- Strong analytical skills and strategic territory planning capabilities
- Experience driving new account acquisition and expansion in enterprise technology sales
- Revenue Leadership: Own and exceed quarterly revenue targets while building sustainable sales pipelines in your healthcare territory
- Healthcare Value Creation: Develop compelling value propositions addressing clinical transformation, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance specific to healthcare organizations
- Strategic Territory Management: Use sales metrics and market intelligence to identify opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies
- Customer Adoption: Accelerate cloud adoption by guiding customers to prioritize high-impact use cases aligned with their digital transformation goals
- Partner Collaboration: Build strategic partner relationships, coach their teams on AWS healthcare solutions, and manage joint pipeline development
- Executive Relationships: Cultivate C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor, aligning AWS capabilities with customer strategic initiatives
- Sales Excellence: Design territory-specific programs and share best practices that drive measurable performance improvements

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
- Knowledge of AWS or cloud technologies
- Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS certification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience selling to Healthcare or Public Sector organisations in Singapore
