The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Deploy AI/ML models and develop AI/ML applications that optimize developer productivity, streamline development workflows, and automate repetitive tasks. This may include test code generation, debugging assistance, and other productivity enhancing tools.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including model architectures, algorithms, and implementation details. Present findings, results, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collect and pre-process data, build and train AI/ML models using various algorithms and techniques, and evaluate their performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, product managers, and User Experience (UX) designers, to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate effectively to define and implement Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) solutions that address these tests and improve overall developer productivity.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.

  • 3 years of experience with one or more of the following: Generative AI, Generative AI Agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), or another ML field.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
  • 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms in academic or industry setting.
  • 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience with C++ and SQL.
  • Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models and algorithms.
  • Passion for Machine Learning, data analysis and developer tools.
