In this role, you will use your expertise in Data Strength and Conversion Measurement to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively.

In this role, you will help drive the evolution of our data foundations product offering. You will set the strategy to inform critical product needs, with a focus on positioning, to drive data foundations for all of Google’s clients. You will work with stakeholders across Sales, GTM, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal to launch new initiatives. You will be working in a fast-paced, ambiguous area which requires knowledge of the measurement landscape, experience working with sales teams or clients and the ability to exceed cross-functionally. You will be expected to nimbly move between thinking and excellent project management.Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market plans for new Data Strength initiatives in collaboration with product managers for cross-functional partners and teams around the globe.
  • Create overall strategy development by conducting analyses and gathering customer feedback, balancing priorities and translating technology capabilities to customer solutions.
  • Track and report on critical activation, advertising and agency metrics for executive Google Global Business Organization, Product and Engineering leadership.
  • Represent key conversion measurement product market/customer needs to Product Management and Go To Market/Sales leadership.
  • Partner with Go-To-Market, gTech, Marketing, and Product Managers to develop goals/strategy for products and feature, engaging with sales teams, customers, and regional stakeholders to synthesize market requirements.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • 2 years of experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to simplify technical information into something that sales teams and customers can understand via story storytelling.
  • Ability to proactively take ownership of projects by setting and achieving milestones, synthesizing input from various stakeholders, creating outputs appropriate to the audiences and driving awareness/adoption of final deliverables.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity, managing multiple cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to create influential relationships with both business and technical stakeholders and demonstrate executive presence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including quantitative fluency with experience generating problem statements, identifying solutions and making recommendations.
