The Mid-Market Sales (MMS) team is a growth engine for clients in Google Customer Solutions (GCS) designed to grow businesses in Korea.
In this role, you will serve as the face of Google. You will improve campaign performance, drive Google product adoption, and build strategies to meet business and marketing goals. You will design media strategies for growth based on the customer goals. You will provide solution promotion, partnership management and analysis to deliver business outcomes. Responsibilities
- Deliver against quarterly business growth and product growth goals.
- Own a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Pitch and consult with customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Drive customer growth by delivering quality customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing goals.
- Manage stakeholders and build relationships with the end customer or agencies.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or a digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to interact in this customer-facing role.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in sales technology, advertising, media sales or internet environment.
- Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, with managing advertising or media campaigns.
- Experience with media across multiple platforms (e.g., Television, Video, social networking site, Branding/Performance Ad Solutions, etc.).
- Experience in managing multiple accounts while paying attention to detail.
