We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Innovation & Transformation Senior Manager to join our Finance Innovation & Transformation organization. This is a critical, hands-on leadership role designed to drive enterprise-level intelligent automation and digital transformation within Finance. You will act as a liaison for Finance and Technology, using deep Finance domain expertise and technical competence to translate strategic finance requirements into scalable, intelligent solutions aligned with our global finance blueprint. 

The successful candidate will serve as both a strategic advisor and an execution leader, focusing on measurable business outcomes across global finance processes.

What You Will Accomplish

Strategy & Roadmap Execution

  • Lead the development and execution of the Finance intelligent automation and transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Partner with Finance leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value process improvement and automation opportunities

  • Collaborate with Technology and Finance teams on resource planning, sequencing, and budget alignment for all transformation initiatives.

Intelligent Automation & Solution Delivery

  • Drive the evaluation and adoption of intelligent automation and process improvement use cases across all Finance teams.

  • Establish and implement finance automation standards, governance, and guidelines.

  • Serve as the main liaison between Finance teams and Technology for assigned initiatives, ensuring clear, proactive communication and timely issue resolution.

  • Lead or participate in cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery of finance intelligent automation, process enhancements, and system-related initiatives.

Process, Systems & Governance

  • Gather, clarify, and document business and finance requirements from partners.

  • Conduct detailed analysis to identify and address process gaps, data issues, and improvement opportunities within Finance workflows.

  • Partner with Technology to translate Finance requirements into effective system configurations, data flows, and automation solutions.

  • Champion the responsible and ethical use of AI and advanced analytics within Finance, ensuring all solutions are explainable, well-governed, and fit for purpose.

  • Ensure process and system changes strictly adhere to approved Finance standards and design principles.

Organizational Change & Impact

  • Supervise deployment activities to ensure solutions operate effectively and meet all Finance requirements.

  • Define success measures and track benefits realization, adoption, and overall business impact of deployed solutions.

  • Support organizational change, training, and adoption efforts for all Finance process, system, and automation updates.

  • Find opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure operational stability of deployed solutions.

What You Will Bring

  • Dedication to working the Hybrid Model with 3+ days per week in our Austin, TX office.

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or a relevant advanced degree is preferred.

  • 8+ years of dynamic experience in intelligent automation, AI implementation, finance transformation, or related fields.

  • Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-scale automation or AI initiatives with measurable business outcomes.

  • Deep understanding of core finance processes and operations, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Accounting.

  • Understanding of data architecture, integrations, APIs, and complex finance systems landscapes (e.g., ERP, FP&A platforms).

  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and project management frameworks.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving ability, an agile, execution-oriented mindset, and demonstrable ability to deliver tangible results in organizational complexity. ​Exposure to enterprise FP&A platforms and ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with finance governance, controls, or risk management concepts.

  • Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional systems-related initiatives.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$126,800 - $204,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
