Responsibilities

Lead complex, high-risk, and ambiguous sales compensation projects by collaborating with sales leaders and cross-functional partners to deliver innovative solutions that advance Meta’s position as a market leader Develop and implement robust success metrics and governance frameworks to measure program effectiveness, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in sales compensation programs Analyze complex compensation data, including cost modeling, employee impact analysis, and market intelligence, to inform decision-making and support strategic recommendations for sales teams Leverage advanced AI and analytics tools to automate, streamline, and enhance sales compensation program management and effectiveness assessments Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions to improve data quality, accelerate decision-making, and deliver actionable insights for sales leadership and cross-functional partners Champion the integration of AI technologies into sales compensation processes, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, and scale program impact across global sales teams Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms to ensure Meta’s sales compensation programs remain at the forefront of industry best practices Communicate complex sales compensation topics with clarity and confidence to leaders and cross-functional partners

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, data management, or program/project management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex initiatives in a global, matrixed environment Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau) Analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with model building, statistical analysis, and data visualization Experience influencing and partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders Effective communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with compensation systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce) and advanced Excel/data manipulation Demonstrated experience leveraging AI or advanced analytics tools to drive business outcomes Experience evaluating, implementing, or building AI-supported solutions for HR or compensation processes Experience setting strategy and driving adoption of new sales compensation programs at scale Experience managing projects with tight deadlines through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a broad range of stakeholders

Compensation: $152,000/year to $220,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
