Join us as an Advisor, Data Science (Product owner) on our Services Organization team in Bangalore, India to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve
As an Advisor, Data Science, you will identify new growth areas, technologies and emerging opportunities with the services organization. You will also conduct in-depth analysis to optimize existing process and build next generation solutions, partnering closely with IT, Process Engineering, Operations and the Data Science team.

You will:

Define the Vision: Craft and communicate a compelling product roadmap for AI/ML-powered platforms and features.
Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to turn strategic goals into actionable product requirements.
Drive Delivery: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch.
Prioritize Impact: Manage the product backlog to ensure the team is focused on delivering high-value features and Lead with Agility: Participate in Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Champion Clarity: Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, user-centric experiences and Iterate & Improve: Use user feedback and performance data to refine features and optimize product-market fit.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s (4+ yrs) or Master’s (2+ yrs) in Product Management, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven success in delivering AI/ML-based products—especially in NLP, Deep Learning, or Generative AI.
Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems through AI.

Desirable Requirements

1–2 years in dedicated Product Management or Ownership roles.
Exposure to big data tech (Hadoop, Kafka, Spark) and experience collaborating with UX/UI teams for intuitive design.
