프로모션 마케터는 큐텐재팬의 주요 프로모션(메가와리, 메가포 등)을 전략적으로 기획/실행하여 고객에게 보다 나은 쇼핑경험을 제공하는 역할을 합니다.
고객행동, 전환율 등 핵심 데이터를 기반으로 프로모션에 필요한 아이템을 기획하고 테스트하며, 트렌드를 분석하여 Gen-Z 고객의 구매 여정을 개선할 수 있는 아이디어를 제안합니다.
또한 다양한 유관 부서와의 협업을 통해 대형 캠페인을 성공적으로 리드하고, 리포팅하는 역할을 담당합니다.
이런분과함께하고싶습니다
- 최소 3년 이상의 프로모션/이벤트 기획 및 운영 경험이 있는 분
- 전사 혹은 카테고리 관점 프로모션의 테마 선정, 일정 조율, 데이터 분석 등의 end-to-end 프로세스를 실행해본 경험이 풍부한 분
- 고객의 니즈와 데이터를 기반으로 한 프로모션 요소 기획 및 테스팅 경험이 풍부한 분
- 프로모션을 통해 전사 혹은 카테고리 매출을 개선한 경험을 보유하신 분
- 다양한 데이터 툴(Google Analytics, Amplitude 등) 을 활용하여 성과 분석 및 인사이트 도출 경험이 많은 분

- 새로운 트렌드를 파악하여 아이디어 발굴을 즐기는 분

- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 바탕으로 다양한 유관 팀 (개발팀, 영업팀 등)과 협업하실 수 있는 분
- 비즈니스 레벨 이상의 일본어가 가능하신 분

- 채용은 서류전형 > 1차 인터뷰(역량면접) > 2차 인터뷰(리더면접) > 최종 인터뷰로 진행됩니다.
- 본 채용은 수시모집으로 진행되며, 적합한 지원자분이 생길 경우 조기에 종료될 수 있습니다.
- 국문 이력서 제출은 필수이며, 포트폴리오와 경력기술서 첨부는 선택사항입니다.
