You'll architect breakthrough machine learning products that deliver descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive models, transforming complex data into actionable intelligence across data analytics, computer vision, and robotics.

What You'll Do

  • Build Intelligence: Develop sophisticated GenAI solutions using supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and Bayesian analysis

  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work directly with users to define requirements for breakthrough products and solutions

  • Full-Stack Development: Translate ML models into production software through programming, testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment

  • Optimize Performance: Fine-tune GenAI workloads for edge devices using xPU accelerators

  • Customer Success: Support partners in GenAI workflow design and deployment

  • Results-driven: Customer-focused problem-solving mindset

  • Core Technologies: Python mastery with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, HuggingFace APIs AI Infrastructure: RAG pipelines, vector databases (FAISS, Chroma), embedding techniques 

  • Model Expertise: Local LLMs (Mistral, Llama), fine-tuning, performance optimization Human-AI Interface: UX/UI design, prompt engineering for optimal interaction

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.  

  • 4+ years hands-on AI/ML algorithm development experience

  • 3+ years specialized experience in NLP, LLM-based systems, or AI agent development

Experience in the following:

  • GenAI algorithms, solution architecture, and performance tuning

  • Building custom AI tools, agents, or apps for real-world use cases

  • Python skills with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, HuggingFace)

  • RAG pipelines and vector databases

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.

  • Experience optimizing GenAI workloads for edge devices using xPU accelerators

  • Experience with local LLMs (Mistral, Llama) and fine-tuning open-source models

  • Customer/partner support for GenAI workflow design and deployment experience

  • Client AI tools, cross-platform agents, or plugin ecosystems experience

  • Experience in UX/UI design or prompt engineering for human-AI interaction

  • Multiple ML methodologies (reinforcement learning, Bayesian analysis)

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $149,750.00-275,580.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Work Model for this Role
