What you’ll achieve
As an AI Platform Customer Service Professional, you will provide technical and consultative guidance for solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements and deliver technical architectural design, strategies and solutions for engagements.
You will:
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships that promote loyalty, adoption, and program growth.
- Communicate AI and machine learning concepts in clear, approachable language and explain product value, features, and use cases.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, collaborate closely with engineering teams, and escalate critical concerns as needed.
- Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points, and create targeted success strategies.
- Guide customers through product updates, new features, and workflow changes to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Travel up to 20% for on‑site installations, maintenance, and customer support.

Essential Requirements
- Basic understanding of AI/ML workflows and data-driven products.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer engagement skills.
- Experience gathering customer insights and driving product adoption.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical teams in a fast-evolving environment.
- 8–12 years of related experience
- Experience with installation, customization and integration of highly complex architecture and technologies
- Experience with executing projects with approved methodology while adhering to margin, planning and SOW requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills to be able to influence and interact with confidence and credibility at all levels within the Dell Technologies companies, customers, partners and vendors
Desirable Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree
•Industry technical certifications
•Advanced knowledge of business/technology transformation programs such as Digital. IT, Security and Workforce
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $155,550 - $201,300, which includes base salary and commissions.
