Performs a variety of analyzes that help evaluate supply chain planning activities in support of the factories and the customers/stakeholders of the fabs. Represents the factory planning community in the development of transformational processes including factory optimization, customer communication, customer commitment fulfillment, and faster reaction and learning capabilities. Owns process oversight and communication, ensuring processes are reviewed and understood through the user community. Coordinates design reviews to gather input from process owners and key stakeholders. Assists in the communication of program objectives, key decisions, and design and process adjustments.
Conducts what‑if scenario planning for system and process adjustments for engineering, production, processes, and inventory strategies as directed. Provides quantitative and qualitative inputs to supply management to optimize supply/demand balancing within constraints. Influences and recommends issue resolution strategies within the supply chain planning area. Develops common success metrics and ensures they are implemented across the organization in support of new processes and software. Oversees software testing, providing insight into adjustments and ensuring bug‑fix designs meet business needs. Supports Hypercare through achievement of complete handoff to operations, ensuring compliance with handoff criteria.
Engages with the Change Management team to ensure stakeholder engagement, feedback, and buy‑in to the end‑state vision, required changes, and active participation in testing, implementation, and broader organizational training.
Fully engages with the planning community, including training on processes, benchmarks, systems, and reports to dissect and troubleshoot business operating issues while forecasting future needs during design, walk‑the‑flow, and future design decisions. Full assimilation ensures design solutions meet community needs. Provides ongoing support to the factory and customer communities post‑implementation, escalating issues and owning resolution. Works closely under the direction of the program while maintaining a tight connection with the planning community.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain, with 5+ years’ experience working in or around a product factory planning
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in a semiconductor environment
- Master’s degree in engineering or supply chain
- 10+ years working in a complex supply chain
- Experience in factory planning for a complex manufacturing environment
- Capacity planning experience
- Experience working across various organizational levels including senior vice presidents.
- Experience presenting up to senior leadership levels.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $128,080.00-214,440.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
