Technical Program Manager, Analytics Supply Chain

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

- Work with functional supply chain teams across the organization (e.g., Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, etc.) to understand their data analytics requirements, and develop solutions in an Agile approach, own technical aspects of the solution development (e.g., data visualizations, data tables, scripts, etc.).
- Lead a cross-functional analytics team with business subject-matter-experts to deliver the insights for our customers and on time, discuss constraints and communicate the progress.
- Lead investigative analytics, support/program-manage developing dashboards and reports, what-if analyses, models, data pipeline management, advance analytical tool kits or decision-support systems to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of Google’s infrastructure.
- Support Cloud Supply Chain Data's best practices by developing documentation, training and webinars to enable self-serve analytics for the supply chain.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience managing projects in a technical or software engineering environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience working in a data analytics development environment, with supply chain applications, through the project life-cycle.
- Experience leading development of analytics automation for one or more of supply chain verticals (e.g., Logistics, Procurement, Order Management etc.).
- Experience working in a program management environment with shared resources.
- Experience conveying data insights through visualizations and working with customers.
