The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Grow advertising revenue by taking ownership of your accounts, analyzing campaign performance and growing existing dollars in-quarter through upsells and data driven recommendations tied to the customers business and marketing objectives. Ensure your clients are following Google best practices in setting up and managing their accounts.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Google Advertising products (performance and brand) and identify forward thinking opportunities to grow your client's business. Possess strong presentation and communication skills to effectively articulate their value and impact to clients.
  • Work effectively both independently and collaboratively, with internal and external stakeholders, including specialist teams, Account Executives and Analytical Leads, to ensure projects are completed on time and with a high level of customer service.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing roles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of industry experience in digital advertising/marketing, consultative sales or business development.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Experience managing a book of business, sales pipeline, or clients.
  • Understanding of search and the digital video landscape, including YouTube, DV360, and other video platforms.
