At Google, we put our users first. The world is always changing, so we need Product Managers who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products that affect millions of people every day.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

The Partner and Operations Solutions team at Google is responsible for developing and maintaining a suite of critical tools that empower partners and internal operations teams.

As a Product Manager, gTech Users and Products (gUP), you will focus on Tomo, our partner customer relationship management (CRM) product. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, writing clear specifications, coordinating with Engineering partners, and working with partner-facing teams to ensure new features and capabilities are built, adopted, and driving the expected impact. You will be adept at defining and tracking key metrics to measure success, and making data-driven decisions to optimize user engagement and support outcomes.

In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's product ecosystem. Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration and more).
