The Global Partner Program team develops ecosystem and regional sales execution strategy, partner programs, and programmatic go-to-market support for Google Cloud and its partners. Through Google’s services and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships, we seek to accelerate growth and share aligned to customer outcomes through a thriving partner ecosystem.

As the Head of Global Partner Sales Execution, you will be accountable for running the partner sales operating model engine and ensuring the day-to-day execution required to drive partner-led pipeline, program utilization and Return on Investment (ROI), business and key metric attainment, and delivery excellence. You will lead the global operating system for partner sales execution from a business perspective, including performance management, segmentation, governance, and global-to-regional consistency in execution.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive alignment between global and Regional Partner teams via a Rhythm of the Business by designing scalable processes and troubleshooting business issues.
  • Own the partner capacity model and implement a high-integrity, compliant, and prioritized partner-to-sell motion by geography and solution area. Translate customer needs, google goals, and enablement plans into field-ready actions that drive capacity alignment and systematically influence stakeholders to close market gaps.
  • Lead regional sales play deployment by segment, execution, and tracking. Leverage an understanding of ISV and service partner business models.
  • Collaborate on defining ecosystem strategic direction and provide input on field execution levers, including compensation, resource allocation, and program prioritization.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in channel sales, business operations, partner operations, sales operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
  • Experience working partner ecosystems, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and other sell and service partners.
  • Experience working with partner KPI systems and value drivers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading global operating cadences and governance frameworks, particularly for ecosystem or partner teams in large enterprises.
  • Understanding cloud collaboration technologies, ideally with experience in Google AI, Gemini Enterprise, Workspace, Modern Data Platforms, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in partner-first strategy and customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication excellence.
