Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive inventory control strategies to achieve optimal inventory levels and enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Develop and execute Organizational Change Management, training, and communication strategies and plans related to the supply chain transformation program.
  • Build processes and foster cross-functional collaborations to continuously refine and improve overall inventory management; effectively present data-driven inventory recommendations to executive leadership, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Drive the team for scalable solutions and continuous process improvement for internal and third-party data centers by enabling efficient supply chain processes. Serve as a subject matter expert; define processes, metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, fulfillment planning, and excess and obsolete.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in development and implementation of inventory management, excess and obsolete (E&O) systems and processes.
  • Experience in data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, forecasting, or business insights.
  • Knowledge of financial and cost accounting practices, sales and operations planning processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
