Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you represent Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.

As an Account Manager in Lead generation, you will be in charge of a portfolio of Google Customer Solutions (GCS), engage lead generation accounts. You will be providing them with digital marketing consultancy services, you will help advertisers grow their business and maximize their returns through a combination of one-to-one yet customized, outreach approach. You will work in partnership with advertisers to understand their strategies and increase their digital maturity through Google advertising solutions, as well as provide them with tactical implementation and maintenance support of their Google Ads accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Google Ads accounts by understanding their marketing objectives, sales journey and identifying opportunities for growth while managing risks.
  • Pitch strategies or suggestions to advertisers through a consultative approach via online or in-person meetings
  • Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions aligned on priority growth areas.
  • Identify key client stakeholders and handle effectively objections from clients. Build trusted relationships with advertisers and develop digital strategies for their success.
  • Collaborate within the Sales team and Product Solutions team, to execute on a plan and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in an account management/sales planning role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Ads solutions in measurement, creatives and media strategy for lead generation.
  • Experience with sales.
  • Ability to develop relationships with B and C-level leveraging your business acumen to help clients with their needs/objectives.
  • Ability to analyze data for book prioritization (internal) and customer post-sale reporting (external).
  • Ability to be a proactive and organized person interested in contributing to the team.
