As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and synthesizing progress across many functional teams (including engineering, GTM, HR, Legal, and Risk and Compliance) into clear plans and decision ready communications for executives. You will manage ongoing engagement with executive steering committees and perform critical path analysis and early warning systems to ensure a smooth transition and long-term acceleration.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$311,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Act as the "Air Traffic Controller" for all integration workstreams.
  • Drive workstreams across all functions, including but not limited to product and technical integration, HR and employee experience, Go-to-Market strategy and execution, and Compliance, into decision ready executive communications.
  • Manage executive steering committees, governance, and executive-level updates; synthesizing efforts into executive-level documentation to ensure alignment and progress across teams.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience leveraging technical acumen to engage in architectural discussions, translate requirements for non-technical audiences, and use data-driven insights to guide strategy.
  • Experience navigating stakeholder ecosystems, including the ability to influence executive leadership and align teams (including engineering, GTM, HR, Legal, and Risk and Compliance) to drive consensus.
