About the Team

We create educational content that enables technical learning at scale. Our team collaborates across programs to deliver video, graphics, and multimedia experiences. We exist to make complex technical concepts accessible and engaging for diverse learner audiences.

Responsibilities

• Editing and enhancing video content by applying color correction, audio balancing, pacing adjustments, and visual effects to create professional learning experiences
• Adapting editorial approach to match diverse program needs, from product demos to technical tutorials, tailoring style to audience and learning objectives
• Managing multiple concurrent projects by prioritizing deadlines, coordinating with program managers, and maintaining organized workflows from raw footage to final delivery
• Designing motion graphics, animations, and visual elements that clarify complex concepts and enhance learner understanding and engagement
• Ensuring brand consistency by applying style guidelines, templates, and quality standards across all content and platforms

What We're Looking For

• [Essential] Demonstrate proficiency in professional video editing software with ability to create compelling narratives through cuts, pacing, and visual storytelling
• [Essential] Apply advanced motion graphic design skills to create animations, lower thirds, callouts, and visual effects
• [Essential] Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality standards
• [Essential] Show attention to detail in timing, transitions, color grading, and audio balance
• [Essential] Understand video formats, codecs, compression techniques, and distribution requirements across platforms
• [Essential] Present a portfolio demonstrating range, creativity, and technical capabilities across different content types and styles
• [Non-Essential] Create script-to-video productions by overlaying written content on slides or demos for scalable, efficient content creation
• [Non-Essential] Develop templated approaches and automated workflows that enable rapid content creation without sacrificing quality

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$95,400.00

Maximum:

$190,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
