What you'll achieve:

You'll own the day-to-day activities required to plan, launch, monitor, and optimize content syndication and consideration campaigns.  Although you'll focus on Japan activities, you'll be part of an agile global engine that aims for operational efficiencies and constant innovation.  We're evolving and growing as a team, so there are many development and long-term opportunities. 

You will:

  • Develop Strategy: Use performance data to design and implement demand generation campaigns to meet revenue, buyer and signal capture goals. 
  • Manage Budget: Own campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation, spend tracking, and maximized ROAS.
  • Target: Refine and brief audience segments that align with business strategy and enhance campaign effectiveness. 
  • Curate content: Collaborate to select assets for each campaign and audience, ensuring correct vendor integration and relevance.   
  • Serve as Stakeholder POC: Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners, interact regularly with Field marketing teams, and represent our initiatives throughout internal channels. Also required to work with external agencies and partners to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
  • Optimize: Continuously analyze and use best practices to improve campaign performance and increase ROAS. 

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and campaign management, familiarity with demand generation and content syndication processes.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English, including the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical skills and testing mindset.
  • Project management skills and ability to work at the speed of business with a self-starting spirit.

Desirable Requirements

  • Familiarity with Japanese digital platforms, websites, ecosystems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
