Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for MySQL products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the MySQL Global Business Unit and cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product development and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and provide technical expertise to customers, ensuring a deep understanding of MySQL's capabilities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, and develop effective sales proposals and presentations.
- Provide pre-sales support, including conducting product evaluations, creating proof of concepts, and addressing customer queries.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote MySQL products and services and establish Oracle's thought leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing feedback and insights to the product development team, contributing to the enhancement of MySQL offerings.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle's sales policies and procedures, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
