gTech’s Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google's Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all. gPTO partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.

The GCS Revenue Strategy & Operations (RSO) organization provides business critical analytical insights, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams to drive global initiatives forward.

RSO is the global team within Google Customer Solutions (GCS) that makes sure Google's complex and ever-evolving business runs smoothly and scales. Experts in leading process improvements and consistency, team members are analytical and strategic with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. We develop large scale initiatives to deliver customer success and set high-level goals to improve productivity.

Within RSO, the Global Product Lead (GPL) team’s mission is to empower GCS to grow customers globally by delivering solutions through technology and operational excellence. We do this by partnering closely and building trust with GCS business and technology teams and delivering excellent products/solutions for our users. We are laser focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and helping evolve early stage ideas into future feature initiatives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Garner impactful product insights through your deep knowledge of Google Ads, sales teams’ workflows, overall sales and marketing processes, and the strategic initiatives of the business.
  • Identify gaps in current tools and infrastructure, prioritizing and crafting business cases to validate the importance of new feature requests.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to capture and clearly articulate business and product requirements to our product and engineering partners and influence quarterly/annual roadmaps.
  • Articulate a vision for your area, where we need to improve now and where we want to go to drive an overall roadmap.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product or program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with prompt engineering.
  • Ability to speak to technical/business stakeholders and users, and interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to deliver project milestones with strict deadlines while coordinating with a large cross-functional working group.
  • Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to define problems and identify potential solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
