Program Manager II, Spares and Analytics, Cloud Supply Chain

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing material and inventory required to sustain the health of compute hardware and technology requirements at global data centers. You will work with NPI, material planning, manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, quality, engineering, hardware operation, and data center software teams to develop and oversee the execution of the spares and reverse supply chain strategies that support Google's growing hardware infrastructure. You will establish and drive metrics in the pursuit of operational excellence. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enable tools, systems, and processes towards operational efficiency and scalability.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional partners to develop and execute spares strategies, analytics and reverse flow processes that enable sustainment of leading edge technology to power global data centers. Act as a leading team member in the development of spares/reverse supply chain strategies throughout the product life-cycle.
- Enable on-time and predictable delivery of materials to all points of consumption.
- Partner with finance and inventory management to enable cost optimization and awareness through sustaining product transitions and inventory planning.
- Partner with the NPI team to ensure seamless production ramp on innovative new technologies into the global data center fleet.
- Contribute to supply chain designs to enable scalable supply chain models in a dynamic product and supply base environment. Enable process improvements and tool development of ongoing evolution of the team.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution.
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with supply chain in spares, demand and supply planning, fulfillment, inventory and operations management.
