The role is performed Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. Operational hours change to 8am to 5pm in alignment to Daylight Saving Time

We are seeking a dedicated HR Contact Center Advisor to join our dynamic HR team in Costa Rica. As the first point of contact for employee inquiries, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional HR services and enhancing the employee experience. This role involves managing cases related to the HR life cycle, engaging with employees through various communication channels, and collaborating across teams to resolve complex queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, providing support through chat, email, and phone.

  • Conduct thorough investigations and resolve HR-related issues with superb customer service.

  • Perform extensive research of relevant guidelines to ensure accurate and timely resolution of employee concerns.

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to address complex queries and improve organizational processes.

  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance customer engagement and cross-organizational collaboration.

Qualifications:

This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in English.

  • Currently pursuing a technical or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, related fields, or 2+ years of experience in similar roles in lieu of a degree.

  • 1+ year(s) of contact center experience and/or HR shared services experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience with:

  • HR tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, etc. Customer service and/or process improvement certifications

  • Proficient knowledge in MS tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
