About the Role

We’re looking for a data oriented, systems minded, and creative Early Carer Program Manager to help run and and improve our intern and early career full-time programs. 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining tools and databases, improving onboarding/offboarding and other workflows in partnership with our People Analytics and Automations teams, and program managing early career initiatives. Additionally, you’ll support campus strategy and execute campus and post hire events. You will work with manager guidance to ensure our programs are high-performing, reliable, and backed by data integrity. Whether you’re launching a new campus pilot or optimizing an existing intern process, your focus will be on operational excellence and great candidate and intern experience.

You will:

  • Manage early career operations: partner with Legal, People Ops, Facilities, Immigration, and Security to support onboarding, offboarding
  • Maintain data, tools, and reporting: maintain intern and early career data across systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Identify  reporting and dashboarding needs related to onboarding, offboarding, performance, and program outcomes
  • Improve systems and workflows: identify inefficiencies and manual workflows and recommend improvements. Help implement process enhancements using existing tools, documentation, and basic automation in partnership with our Automations team
  • Program Manage and Execute Early Career Programs: support planning and execution of the summer intern and early career full-time programs for select lines of business. Help deliver onboarding, learning and development, speaker series, and social programming. Partner with your manager to understand stakeholder needs and continuously improve program design and delivery 
  • Design and run events: plan and execute post-hire and intern experiences, events, and campus programming. Support logistics, timelines and coordination to ensure events run smoothly and are brand aligned
  • On campus execution: own 2-3 colleges, helping design campus strategy and executing on campus events with creative programming. Partner closely with recruiting to drive top of funnel interest and student engagement

You have:

  • Data and Tooling: experience working with data, maintaining trackers or databases and pulling reports.Fluency in in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with maintaining or working in databases is a plus
  • Operational and Systems Mindset: interest in identifying process gaps and improving workflows. Exposure to automation, tooling, or systems improvements is a plus
  • Program and Project Management Skills:  developing timelines, high attention to detail, executing tasks within clear scope, flag risks, tracking progress., and flagging skills early
  • Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills: ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Clear written and verbal communication skills and comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels

Note: Must be able to travel to during peak recruiting season (September - October)

  • Curious about systems and tools: you enjoy learning how systems work and finding ways to make processes more efficient and reliable 


For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.

Annual Salary Range

$91,560-$121,860 USD

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
