In this role, you’ll guide the development and delivery of secure, intelligent identity systems that protect users, platforms, and data across multi-cloud environments.

You’ll drive the adoption of AI-powered security solutions, elevate engineering standard methodologies, and help build the next generation of access management capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of security, cloud platforms, and applied AI, solving sophisticated challenges at global scale.

What you will accomplish:

  • Lead multiple engineering teams delivering core IAM services across cloud environments.

  • Define and initiate the technical strategy for identity, access, authentication, and authorization systems.

  • Partner with multi-functional teams — including Cloud Infrastructure, Security Engineering, and AI teams — to embed intelligent automation and risk detection.

  • Drive adoption of AI approaches to improve access governance, anomaly detection, and identity analytics.

  • Build a strong engineering culture passionate about innovation, teamwork, and execution perfection.

  • Coordinate technical delivery, operational reliability, and long-term scalability of IAM solutions.

What you will bring:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership roles.

  • Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management, cloud security, and large-scale distributed systems and experience in large consumer or enterprise platforms operating at scale.

  • Hands-on understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML), identity federation, and zero-trust principles, knowledge of compliance frameworks and privileged access management.

  • Experience employing AI for automation, anomaly detection, or intelligent decision-making in security domains.

  • Strong program management and execution skills — delivering results through clarity, accountability, and collaboration.

  • Excellent communication and leadership presence across technical and executive audiences and a passion for talent development and building diverse, impactful teams.
