Responsibilities

  • Identifying and engaging prospects to build and maintain a robust video management pipeline.

  • Qualifying leads and performing needs assessments, engaging technical resources when necessary.

  • Conducting discovery meetings to explore customer video management use cases

  • Delivering and managing client presentations, proposals, and quarterly business reviews.

  • Utilizing solution-selling techniques to guide sales processes and close deals.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve products and drive customer feedback


What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrate 5 years success in enterprise video management sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.

  • Possess direct experience with platforms like Panopto, Kaltura, Vimeo Enterprise, or Brightcove

  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Utilize CRM systems and Dynamics, Zoom Info, Discover Org

  • Adapt quickly to new technologies and processes in dynamic environments.

  • Manage tasks efficiently with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Lead product and services training, including demos and sales guides.

  • Exhibit knowledge of video analytics, engagement metrics, and content performance measurement
