The Product Operations team sits within the Global Business Applied AI (GBAI) team, and is responsible for leading sales tools strategy across business operations, governance, legal compliance, sales enablement, and measurement and analytics. GBAI resides within the Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team and enables Google’s Business Organization (GBO) to drive customer success.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic projects and foster collaboration across departments to achieve organizational goals. Enhance processes, drive change management, and improve business cadence through strategic partnerships.
  • Develop clear, concise, and compelling communications for business stakeholders.
  • Leverage GBAI's data sources to identify new opportunities and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities, create models, and deliver actionable recommendations for business optimization.
  • Build and support internal systems and dashboards to empower stakeholders and improve decision-making.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience extracting and manipulating data with SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using SQL or other programming/scripting languages (e.g., R, Python, etc.) to extract and manipulate data or exposure to statistical analysis (e.g., A/B testing).
  • Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level, with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in a complex, globally-scaled product, sales, and engineering environment, with knowledge of sales technologies, products, and market landscapes.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex issues into simpler terms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, impeccable business judgment, and ability to move from detail to executive level strategy and presentations.
