As a Senior Account Manager at AWS, you'll have an exciting opportunity to drive growth and shape the future of financial services in Vietnam. You'll be responsible for strategic account management, accelerating cloud and AI adoption within named accounts, driving revenue growth, and expanding market penetration across your portfolio. The ideal candidate possesses both the business acumen to engage at the CxO level and the technical sales background to connect effectively with CTOs, software developers, and technology architects.

Key job responsibilities
- Strategic Account Planning: Collaborate with country and cross-functional teams to define account strategies, identify opportunities, and drive business expansion within assigned accounts
- Executive Relationship Building: Serve as the primary relationship owner for customers' technology and business teams, building and strengthening strategic partnerships across all organizational levels. Articulate a clear vision that generates enthusiasm and impacts all business groups
- Senior-Level Engagement: Work at the most senior levels within accounts to implement broad strategies that earn customer acceptance and drive service adoption
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Coordinate with all appropriate AWS resources—including Executives, Solution Architects, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, Support, Service teams, and Professional Services—to advance customer interests
- Revenue Growth & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that meet and exceed goals and targets
- Value Communication: Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services that resonate with customer business objectives
- Partner Ecosystem Development: Work with partners to extend reach and accelerate adoption
- Reference Building: Recruit and develop new customer references that showcase successful outcomes

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales as well as experience selling to enterprises businesses.
- Demonstrated business acumen to comprehend customer strategy and industry business drivers.
- Proven track record to achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Target oriented individual with demonstrable sales experience dealing with B2B customers having demonstrated decision making, problem solving, and negotiating skills.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication, analytical written and presentation skills for C-level audience.
- Ability to characterize value of products/some technical knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing strategic accounts and working with multiple business units and technology teams.
- A BA or BS degree in computer science, engineering, business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in driving the adoption of new technologies and solutions preferred.
- Understanding of AWS and/or technology as a service would be preferred but not required.
