As the Lead for the deployments across the Americas, you are a high-visibility multiplier responsible for turning the Agentic AI into production reality for Google’s global key customers. You sit at the nexus of Product, Engineering, and the Customer, translating complex business friction into elegant, reasoning-based AI solutions.

In this leadership role, you serve as the primary Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the end-to-end delivery of agentic solutions, leading a group of deployment specialists to implement best practices for delivering at scale and velocity. You maintain a pulse on the entire portfolio, ensuring you know exactly where the team stands regarding every deployment at any given point. You are a builder, a strategic systems thinker, and an expert at navigating complex technical and business issues. You will be leading a group of deployment specialists while simultaneously incubating new products and defining the best practices that will enable the entire Google Cloud ecosystem.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Serve as central authority for the end-to-end deployment portfolio across the Americas to maintain project health for executive leadership and drive alignment across internal and customer teams to ensure long-term customer success.
  • Lead technical engagements from 0-to-1, provide debugging and direct architectural guidance to customer engineering and C-suite, lead high-stakes customer escalations and navigate last mile blockers. 
  • Maintain agency, refining RAG pipelines, debug prompt chains in Colab, or unblock technical API integrations. 
  • Design and implement robust evaluation pipelines, utilizing gold datasets and automated Judge LLM frameworks to benchmark latency, accuracy, and brand fidelity.
  • Author and scale technical assets and reusable internal tools to enable partners and internal organizations to deliver AI solutions at scale.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Principal Consultant) with a focus on enterprise systems.
  • 3 years of experience in system architecture and reading code (e.g., Python).
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and conversational AI frameworks.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields.
  • Experience building and scaling production systems and managing multi-stakeholder technical projects; experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment setup and cloud.
  • Experience with conversational AI frameworks (LangChain, Agent Development Kit) and enterprise contact center technologies (Genesys, Twilio).
  • Experience with multi-agent architectures and the nuances of cyclic reasoning loops.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between LLM capabilities and deterministic enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders in organizations.
